The Working Group of Public Libraries (WGPL) is mainly involved in the co-operation of public libraries in Lithuania. Public librarians, interested in serving handicapped readers met in a seminar. Library Services for Handicapped in Kretinga. The WGPL closely co-operates with the Association of the Directors of Public Libraries, which was established to represent the needs of public libraries in our government.
